For patients under care at the Centre for Addiction Medicine, NIMHANS. To be assigned after an in-person session with the treating clinician.
This course is for you if you’ve recently been treated for opioid dependence at CAM, NIMHANS, and have discussed your care plan with your doctor. It covers your risk of relapse, what continued use has cost you, staying safe from Hepatitis C, staying on your buprenorphine treatment, and building your own written plan. There is no “pass or fail” here — the goal is a plan that is genuinely yours.
