Selfcare

Why: Discover Our Journey So Far

We believe that everyone has the potential to achieve greatness and fulfill their dreams. Be it in learning, skilling, application, or leading. A decade ago, we started the ECHO program; five years ago, e-learning; then a mobile app. All these tools are empowering health care providers to learn to provide better, evidence-based care in the community. Then we learned that addiction or substance use is highly stigmatizing, starts with experimentation, and gradually and subtly progresses till a person is trapped or caged by this “want” to “need”. This is not a moral flaw but a tactic our brain uses. Hence, these “self-care” modules are focused on what I can do to myself to prevent it from going to a severe form, stop acting on all the urges, and prevent relapse. Make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. Join us on this journey of empowerment, bring positive impact in your and your family’s lives, and let us help you make your dreams come true.
